Powder Horn is a high adventure outdoor activities resource course for Scout Leaders and older Scouts. We provided introduction to sailing as well as instruction on boating safety, navigation and rules of the road. The overall theme for this course was to make connections with local community resources and to emphasize Disability Awareness and Adaptive Sports opportunities.
